BECOME NOW™ · FINANCE
A program built around reporting, close, reconciliation, planning, forecasting, cash management, variance analysis and executive communication.
THE USUAL PROBLEM
Finance works across models, reports, emails and versions that do not arrive together. AI can accelerate review and narrative, but a confident output is not a reconciled figure or an approved assumption.
The program separates what a model may organize, compare and explain from what must be calculated, reconciled and approved in financial systems.
WHO IT IS FOR
BEFORE THE CURRICULUM
We review close cycles, reports, chart of accounts, sources, planning models, forecast drivers, approvals and executive formats. We set tolerances, calculation rules, traceability and confidentiality boundaries.
RECOMMENDED JOURNEY
What stays installed: Finance Assistant with defined scope and sources.
What stays installed: Consistency and exception reviewer.
What stays installed: Copilot for drivers, assumptions and revised projections.
What stays installed: Documented simulator for cash, rates, timing and costs.
What stays installed: Radar that separates variance, cause, evidence and owner.
What stays installed: Narrator that turns validated analysis into decisions and risks.
HOW EACH SESSION WORKS
Every exercise records the source and period and separates data, calculation, assumption and interpretation. Each asset includes a review checklist and exclusions.
TECHNOLOGY IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Controlled files, ERP reports, Excel models and BI outputs may be used inside the approved environment. The program does not post entries, approve transactions or replace the ERP.
POSSIBLE DELIVERABLES
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Baselines may cover preparation hours, reconciliation rounds, explained variances, detected errors, scenario refresh time and report rework.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It may assist, but critical calculations require deterministic formulas and controls.
Yes through authorized structures and outputs; direct integration is separate.
